Print Information
Prints sized 12"x18" and smaller are printed using an Fuji Printer, using Fuji Professional Crystal Archive II Photographic paper.

Care should be taken in the display of your prints. It is best to display or store your print in a glass frame, plastic sleeve to minimize the possibility of color change. It is also recommend that you minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme humidity or temperature.

Payment Process
All orders from this site are processed using Printroom, a third party payment service. We have selected Printroom as it offers a safe and simple way of handling transactions.

Shipping
If your order is to be shipped, applicable shipping charges will be added during checkout. At your request, if available, we will provide a tracking number upon shipment. Prints will be shipped either via USPS or UPS at the rates quoted through Printroom's online ordering system.

Order Processing
All prints normally shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order and your payment. However, delays can occasionally occur and you will be notified of the expected shipping date if your order will take more than 14 days.

Warranty
Every item sold by Printroom comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, within the first 30 days, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of the price of the item.
